Our trademark is Akitsu-Shima (The Japanese Archipelago). Long time ago in Nara era, it is said that Japanese Archipelago is called Akitsu-Shima. For your information, a Japanese singer named Toba Ichiro sings a song calle "Akitsushima". If you love to sing Japanese "Yenka or Japanese Blues", please make it a try! (Well, this song is not our company song, though...)

Also "AKITSU" also means "DRAGONFLY" in Shimane Prefactural Dialect.

As trademark of NIHIAS(from where I left and became independent) is also Dragonfly, I decided to name my company "AKITSU" and started a new company in June 1979.
